Hide your profile from Specific person

First of all Login to Facebook
Click on the Arrow (beside HOME) ? Go to Privacy Settings & Select Manage Blocking in the sector of Blocked and Apps Section.
Now, in the Block User Section write the name or email address of the users you want to block from Facebook friend list. Next Click on Block.
Hide Your Facebook Profile when signed out
